Destash / Donate items from your craft room directly to dAFi
a great way to help both you and us
Are you overwhelmed with supplies for a hobby that is no longer your cup of tea? Do you have supplies you don’t even remember buying or you found a good deal and ended up buying more than you will ever use? Consider donating them to dAFi where your new and gently used items will continue to be loved and cherished.
We accept all items in the following categories
1. PAPER CRAFTING
2. MIXED MEDIA
3. JEWELRY MAKING
JJ - BOOK / JOURNAL MAKING or altering
FY - FABRIC, YARN, OR FIBER CREATIONS
AC - ALL THINGS ART or CRAFTY
Note: we prefer books with art instruction and are saturated in JJ Books at this point
To keep our Hartists safe, we don’t ship glass and only drop ship sharp objects
Please note that any of the physical donations you send will either be used for our program members (Hartists, Happy Packers, and iDATA), fundraising, classes, or awareness campaigns.
Note: You don't need to use the codes.
Care’s address: 16970 San Carlos Blvd. #101-106 Fort Myers, FL 33908
If ever you are feeling crafty with your supplies and you have something of quantity, we ALWAYS love premade kits/projects for Hartists to do where all they need to grab are the basics like glue, scissors, etc.
We also enjoy your unfinished projects, finished art and whatever you feel would inspire you as an artist, for those are used in fundraisers, inspiration and as kit templates.
By the way, we use Pirateship.com for the lowest cost shipping we’ve ever found. They don’t pay us to say this and they don’t even have minimum volumes.
If you aren’t destashing, but still want to help by donating regularly used or needed items - Click here for our Amazon wish list https://a.co/hxcmOKV or donate here http://www.disabledartists.org/donate
Note: If you are local in Florida and would like to drop off the donations, please box them and label the box dAFi 106 when stopping by. Also, you can send Care an email (help@disabledartists.org) to coordinate a pick up from you within Lee County.
